Returns
For order returns or other abnormal issues, please contact the after-sales customer service via email (cosplayclans@gmail.com).
Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you received the product, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To qualify for returns
-The product is damaged due to our error and cannot be used;
-The package was not received because of logistics;
-Must be unused and in the same condition as the item received. It must also be in its original packaging.
-In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.

If you have n’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time to officially issue the refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
