Returns

For order returns or other abnormal issues, please contact the after-sales customer service via email (services@cosplayclan.com).
Our policy is for 7 days. If 7 days have passed after you received the product, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To qualify for returns
-The product is damaged due to our error and cannot be used;
-The package was not received because of logistics;
-Must be unused and in the same condition as the item received. It must also be in its original packaging.
-In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Note: Customized products do not support refunds/returns.
* Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, no or only partial refund
-Products with visible signs of use.
-Custom products are not refundable/refundable
- After the wig is completely disassembled/try-on, the return is not supported
-Any non-original condition, damaged or missing parts due to our mistakes
-Any item returned within 7 days of delivery, you need to pay the shipping cost yourself, and Cosplay Clan will charge a handling fee equal to 20% of the product price
-Any item return and exchange within 7 days after delivery, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip freight.
-Caused by the customer, such as: inappropriate size, the product is not wanted during transportation. . . Wait, the buyer shall bear the customs duties incurred when the buyer returns/replaces the product.

*We will not refund any orders that the buyer innocently rejected due to the buyer's reasons. And the related costs incurred need to be borne by the buyer

Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit line will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund expired or lost
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time to officially issue the refund.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time.

How To Measure

We suggest you have someone else help you to take your measurements. If you have any other special requirements, please add it to the "Special Instruction" field when you select your size.

Shoulder

It's across shoulder from right shoulder joint to left shoulder joint instead of in circumference.

Chest

Measure around chest/bust at fullest point. For female, pls wear a bra when doing this measurement.

Waist

Measure around the smallest part of your waistline, it's also called natural waistline, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm

Measure shoulder point to wrist through your elbow.

Upper Arm Circumference

Measured around the fullest part of your arm.

Neck to Crotch Area

Measure from the shoulder to the crotch area.

Inseam

Measure end of inner thigh to ankle.

Thigh Circumference

Measure the fullest part of the thigh.

Calf Circumference

Measure the fullest part of the calf.
